Welcome to GAME ON PDX! To ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask all our guests to adhere to the following policies and code of conduct.

Code of Conduct

  • General Behavior: All customers must maintain a friendly, welcoming, and inclusive environment. No harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior will be tolerated.

  • Volume Control: Keep gaming and voice volumes at a reasonable level to ensure comfort for all guests. Minimize the use of offensive language, particularly around younger guests.

  • Online Interaction: Maintain appropriate behavior during multiplayer games. Respectful and courteous interactions are expected at all times.

  • Smoking/Vaping Policy: Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside. Please use designated smoking areas outside.

Age Restrictions

  • Supervision Requirement: Customers under 13 must be accompanied by an adult. Some games or events may have additional age restrictions.

Equipment Use

  • Care and Reporting: Treat all gaming equipment with care. Report any issues or damage immediately. Intentional damage may result in financial responsibility for repairs or replacements.

  • Internet Use: Prohibited actions include illegal downloading, viewing inappropriate content, cryptocurrency mining, and compromising network integrity.

Reservations and Cancellations

  • Booking: Gaming stations can be reserved in advance, subject to availability.

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancel at least 24 hours before your reservation to avoid fees.

Food and Beverage Policy

  • On-Site Consumption: Only food and beverages purchased here may be consumed. No external food or drinks allowed.

  • Alcohol: Guests 21+ may consume alcohol. It is illegal to share with minors.

Health and Safety

  • Compliance: Follow all health and safety guidelines. Report emergencies or accidents to staff immediately.

  • Emergency Preparedness: Know the emergency procedures and evacuation routes.

Dress Code

  • Attire: Casual, family-friendly clothing is encouraged. Avoid offensive graphics or slogans.

  • Footwear: Shoes are required for safety and hygiene.

  • Storage: Use designated areas for large items to keep walkways clear.

Refund and Exchange Policy

  • Retail Items: Refunds/exchanges within 14 days with receipt, for unopened items.

  • Services: No refunds/exchanges for gaming station time or event fees.

Privacy and Security

  • Data Protection: Personal information is used solely for service provision and not shared without consent.

  • Lost and Found: Report or inquire about lost items with our staff.

Hours of Operation

  • Schedule: Posted hours may change for holidays or events. Guests must leave promptly at closing.

Tournament and Competition Rules

  • Competition Conduct: Adhere to specific rules and guidelines for all hosted tournaments and competitions.

Enforcement

  • Rule Violations: Violations may result in warnings or, in severe cases, temporary or permanent expulsion. Staff will enforce rules consistently.
